I don't want to give the wrong information as there might be changes after my last log in, which was morning of 2/1/08, so I'm labeling this information as my "observations." It is important that one pays attention to key words such as labels or names. The following labels will help one understand the areas in the 2.0 website. Below are the 5 Beanielands or areas with the corresponding 5 Chat Boards and 5 Groups of Games:

BEANIELANDS/ CHAT BOARDS/GAME GROUPS:

Treehouse/The Hangout/Funland

The Backyard/Backyard Blab/Playground

Fun Forest/The Grove/The Shade Arcade

The Farm/The Hayloft/Farm Fun

The Hole/Tunnel Talk/Tunnel Fun

After registering ANY beanie, it will take you to the screen called "Treehouse" where there's a tree in the middle and will find the labels: "Hangout," "Games," "Neighborhood." The Treehouse's chat board is called the Hangout and so, when you click on the Hangout, it will take you directly to the Treehouse's chat board. (Please keep in mind that there are 5 Beanielands, 5 chat boards and 5 groups of games).

After the initial registration of any BB 2.0, it will give you access to the Treehouse and its Hangout chat board and 1 other chat board under the category of the beanie you registered. Example: Purry Beanie gave me access to the The Hangout chat board and the Backyard Blab chat board. Purry Beanie also gives you access to The Backyard screen.
The "Neighborhood" is a screen where there’s a giant Beanstalk that will contain a section of your Beanie house. Each time you register a beanie, a section of the house is added. Just click on the door and navigate either by pushing cursor up or down, or clicking on the arrow, located on the lower right hand, up or down.

CHAT BOARDS AND KEYS NEEDED:

1. The Treehouse’s chat board, The Hangout, need no additional key to enter after initial registration of any beanie.

2. The Backyard Blab is accessible by a key from registering beanies like Purry and I’m assuming Duchess and Pico or any Beanies that are categorized under Backyard Beanies.

3. The Fun Forrest’s chat board, The Grove, can be opened by a key from registering either Luckier or Egss 2008. This means you have to register any ONE of the 2 beanies.

4. The Farm’s chat board, The Hayloft, can be opened by a key from registering any ONE of the following beanies: Jumps, Quackly, Shearsly, Baabet, and Woolsy.

5. The Hole’s chat board, Tunnel Talk, can be opened by Hopsy beanie baby.

(Note: Every time you register a Key Beanie, a key is deposited on your backpack located on the lower right hand of the screen. When you see a lock anywhere, you take the key out of your backpack by clicking and dragging it to the lock and clicking again to unlock.)

GAMES AND KEYS NEEDED:

1. The Funland games under The Funland are accessible after your initial registration of any Beanie. There is no key needed for each game listed under Funland. For a list of games under Funland, click on the "Quick Links" located on the upper right hand of the screen, then pick "Games" from the drop down menu, then pick "Funland" from the drop down menu that appears.

2. The Playground - for games to play, click on "Quick Link" and follow instruction as above. Games to play and corresponding key needed:

a. Duchess Beanie Bean March - key from registering Duchess Beanie.

b. Rascal's Snack Attack - key from Rascal.

c. Pico's River Ride - key from Pico

d. Kitty Climber - key from Kitty.

3. The Shade Arcade - same rule apply as mentioned previously. Games to play and corresponding key needed:

a. Beehive Heist - key from Luckier Beanie

b. Eggcellent Egg March - key from Eggs 2008.

4. The Farm Fun - Games to play and corresponding key needed:

a. Baalet Baabet - key from Baabet

b. Quackly's Splash Bash - key from Quackly

c. Frogster - key from Jumps

d. Shearsly's Egg Rescue - key from Shearsly

e. Woolsy's Shearherders - key from Woolsy

5. The Tunnel Fun - Games to play and corresponding key needed:

a. Diggin in the Dirt - key from Hopsy

b. Frantic Fluffball - key from Fluffball

Note: The games that specifically require the key of any given Beanie, will grant you access when the specific beanie is registered.
The Big Book of Beanies is found when you click on the Quick Link. This is your personal area reserved just for your use. The site is self-explanatory.

Your backpack contains all your keys and winnings from games.

The Beanpod contains all the Beanies you register for a quick reminder. These beanies are also replicated under your Big Book of Beanies.

More importantly, use the MAP located on the right hand corner of the screen to get to places.
I hope I made sense and enjoy!

I discover something new everytime I visit the BB2.0 site. I never let my beanie wander the screen, except for when I'm in the chat room, instead I use my cursor to explore the screen, but what PattiBuddy said about the beans made me curious. I have never saved any beans and therefore have not fed my beanies! I hope nobody calls Beanie Services (as in Child Services...lol!) to report me.

Actually, Patti, walking up to the bean let you save the beans in your backpack. To feed your beanie, you have to retrieve the beans from your backpack with your mouse by clicking and then taking the mouse to your beanie and clicking again. You should've seen jow my poor Purry gobble up that bean!!! She hasn't been fed since she was born (when I registered her...lol! Bad Mommy!!).

Oh, here are some clues for you: Rock, sandbox, tree stump, apple tree. And you must examine your winnings in your back pack...something's up with some of them. Explore!

_______________

Oh gosh! Mine must be starving then because I've been saving all the beans! nm

Hello!

Hope your day is going well. OK, so this morning I stopped trying to use the watering can long enough to play some games and now I'm winning only food Beans just like another TyTalk poster has described. So I decided to make a list of things I've won playing the games so others can compare if they want. Have I won all there is to win at the point? Who knows? Tyme will tell what it all means. Hopefully together we'll all figure it out haha. Here goes:

8 distinct flag backgrounds
-blue and orange
-purple and aqua
-green
-yellow and aqua
-blue, green and yellow
-red and 2tone blue
-ty dye
- 2tone green

5 distinct flag pole finials
-peppermint spiral
-gold lightning bolt
-silver butterfly
-red crystalline heart
-clear crystalline gem

3 distinct flag borders
-gold X pattern
-navy and green stripes
-red with yellow stars (? hard to make out small details)

21 wallpapers (1 looks like a repeat of the one I used so far)
It's very hard to see the details on these until you use them. So far, the one I have used is a pirate treasure map theme

15 crowns (one is a repeat of the one I am currently using)
-gold (coins)
-butterflies
-shamrocks
-daisy purple
-daisy pink
-daisy white
-dandelions
-bees
-bubbles
-fireflies
-pawprints
-rainbows
-diamonds
-lightning

4 distinct custom fonts
can't really describe these sorry

27 distinct flag patches
I can't remember the names of all of them now but here's what I can recall:
-Glamour
-Humor
-Dreaming
-Love
-Feline
-Canine
-Feathered Friends
-Frogs
-Strength
-Rabbit
-Hooves
-Peace
-Bear Family
-Honesty
-Reptiles
-Spirit

13 distinct hobby stickers
My fave sticker looks like a model of the Solar System. One looks like a jumprope, ones looks like scrapbooking things, one has sewing stuff, one has a soccer theme, another has a football theme, one looks like a TV.... it's sort of hard to make out what they all are haha. They don't give names to them like they do with the patches and crowns when you win them.

Good luck playing all and have a great day!

Sincerely,
Jennifer

If you go to the Forest games you can see a third game was added... it's for a new bear named McLucky. From the cartoon image, it looks like a wool bear with a green shamrock on its chest.
