Collectibles by the Sea

On Saturday September 12, 1998 I attended a show in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Carlton Productions performed an outstanding service to guest, dealers and collectors.

The Collectibles by the Sea show was remarkable. The show was packed with excitement, intrigue and venders galore.

Mr. Jim Greene is a first class man who cautiously selected his show committee of talented individuals. Mr. Greene and his committee should be commended for their talents, hospitality and show efforts.

Saturday September 12th

I arrived at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center at approx. 9 AM

I was overwhelmed with the room size, show setup and walls of venders. I immediately experienced butterflies knowing that I had to give a seminar and wondered how many collectors would attend today's events.

From what I saw, the show went off without a hitch. It was difficult for me to believe that Mr. Greene had never given a show before, everything was perfect!

The tables throughout the Convention Center had pleated skirts, drapers filled the room and name boards were displayed behind each table identifying venders, guest or charities.

The children were entertained throughout the day. Face painting, balloons and carton characters added to the friendly atmosphere.

In my opinion, Carlton Productions should be considered a first class show promoter. For additional show comments and wonderful pictures to view, please visit the Beanie Baby Buddies Board at the following link.

Thank you Mr. Greene and your wonderful staff for a memorable time in Myrtle Beach. Please keep me in mind for your next show.
