Single Strand V Stitch

If you can double crochet, you can work the (V) stitch.

Note; I simply end all of my rows by chaining three stitch before I turn my work.

Make your chain the desired length.
Once the length of your chain has been established, double crochet in the 4th chain from your hook.
Note; the chain three counts as your first stitch.

Double crochet, chain one, double crochet back in that same chain as illustrated. (V) stitch made.
Skip a chain and repeat the pattern.

At the end of your row, CH 3, turn. Work a (V) stitch -
Work your (V) stitches in the center of your (V) from the previous row.
Skip a chain and repeat the pattern.

Multiple: 3 + 1

This pattern is light and airy. It works up quickly and is fun and relaxing to make!
