On a more serious note, we three women have put our heads together and will be sharing an array of fake photos and information to protect Ty collectors.

Libearty: The fabric is brighter white and slightly longer plush.
He is under stuffed.
The eyes are too large (bulging) and spaced too close together.
The ears are too large and spaced too far apart.
The ribbons are too long and attached too low on the neck.
The flag is too high on the chest.
The stars are slightly smaller.
The 4th generation ty heart tag the paper weight is too thin and too shinny.
The star should have more rounded tips.
The star's color should be a paler yellow.
The words "Beanie and Baby" are too large.
The word, "Original" is smaller and the letters are spaced too close together.
The red color is also a brighter red. The 2 holes where the plastic tag attacher goes through the tag are too small and spaced too far apart. Inside the tag: The word, "Libearty and style" are slightly smaller.
"The Beanie Babies Collection" is too bold and the letters are closer together.
The (C) symbols are too large. The letters are spaced too far apart in the addresses.
The 4th generation tush tag The tush tag is too wide.
The red ink should be a brighter red color not the orange red color.
The word Libearty has the letters spaced too far apart and are slightly smaller.
The (C) and (R) symbols are too large. There should not be a period after the "A" in U.S.A.

Important: There are many different counterfeit versions on all the above mentioned counterfeit Beanies and there are also several other counterfeit tag versions not necessarily like the above mentioned!

I have noticed a few more signs that make this Libearty a FAKE!
The ears do not match. While one ear is rounded the other is square.

The flag is stitched in the seam of the bodyline of the bear.

The copyright symbols do not line up.

The ribbons have been died, view this photo and look at the red ribbon carefully. There is blue dye on it.
