This is a detail shot of another of Ken's favorites.
It is either hand painted or the flowers are done with a stencil
or sponge, not a decal. The tray is probably about 5 or 6 inches
long.
This wooden set is German made and the large teapot box opens
to hold all the individual pieces.
This is the famous wooden apple set that came from Hawaii. The
wooden apple itself opens to hold the individual pieces of the
"Breakfast Set", which appear to be a pitcher, bowl,
cup and saucer, fork and spoon, sugar bowl and egg cup. It was
a suprise birthday gift from my aunt who sneakily bought it while
we were on vacation in Hawaii.
