Hi Ms. Janie,
I was on the prowl again and found a New Ty Trademark!-LOL
On May 17th,2001 Ty applied to register a new Trademark on "Beanie Boppers Collection"
Ty list Plush Toys, Dolls and Doll accessories as The Goods and Services.
Also on the same day Ty applied to register a Trademark for "Beanie Boppers" Under Ty Inc. Ty listed the same Good and Services for this trademark as They did with the one above-Plush Toys, Dolls and doll accessories. Previously Ty had applied to register this trademark "Beanie Boppers" under another Corporation of Ty Warner's "HTW" But now it looks like Ty is trying to register this trademark Under "Ty Inc" Instead of "HTW" Because Ty Inc will be the Company producing this product and will hold the trademark.

Looks Like we all should be looking for a New product line from Ty soon!!
Maybe at the retail gift trade shows this summer?

Here is another theory for you on this "beanie bopper" trademark. It is a rumor that Ty is going to retire the whole beanie kids line very shortly. Could beanie boppers be the kids in their teen years? Like in teenie bopper?
A collection within a Collection?
The only reason I am thinking this new theory may be correct is because the trademark for "beanie boppers"
list Plush toys, dolls and dolls accessories. Bobbing head beanies wouldn't need "doll accessories", but a teen beanie kids line would? Ty gear!
Or maybe Ty will bring back the Beanie kids that have retired already in teen form "Beanie boppers" and leave the beanie kids line going? Then every beanie kid that retires comes back in teen form in the new "beanie bopper" Ty product Line.
