I received an email from a trading partner that I have in Japan, attached was a picture of the new Godzilla that will be available at the Ty retailers. The eyes on Godzilla are a different color. Thought you might want to pass on this information to your readers.

SPECIAL NOTICE

Last night I shared a photo that was sent to me as an attachment in an e-mail. The person who sent the e-mail was shared the photo from a trader in Japan. It has been brought to my attention that the photo belongs to Sakurako in Japan at the following website. "Bottega Beanies" http://www2.odn.ne.jp/~ccl85740/

As soon as this information was brought to my attention I offered an apology and changed the link on my site into her site.

The person who shared the photo has also offered me an apology for sharing it. I truly believe this was an innocent mistake on her part. She was just excited about the photo that had been shared with her and wanted to share it with my readers. She had no clue where it came from other than it was attached to an e-mail from a trader in Japan.

I am SO sorry. I had no idea the picture had been lifted from your site. It was sent to me in an e-mail as an attachment.

I will offer a public apology along with a link into your site so that everyone knows it is your photo that was viewed. I will also warn others about taking photos from other sites.

Please know that whenever you have anything new to share please send me an e-mail and I'll be more than happy to link your site.

It's unfortunate that this has happened and I truly understand why Sakurako would contact me. I become disturbed when others copy my photos and make it a practice not to take anything that does not belong to me! As I said previously this was an innocent mistake and mistakes do happen, I'm just glad Sakurako is an understanding person. I hope that this explanation will satisfy all! Ms. Janie
